OPERATIONS ADVISOR / ROGERS, ARKANSAS

I leave,
and it still works.

I take the work that's stuck on your desk, build it into an AI system your own people run, and hand it over. For established, owner-run businesses in Northwest Arkansas and the day-trip metros around it.

THE PROBLEM

Your expertise should shape your business. It should not be the only thing holding it up.

You built this company on knowing how everything works. That knowledge is why it runs. It is also why the quotes, the approvals and the exceptions still land on your desk.

You're not bad at delegating. There was just never anything to delegate to.

HOW IT WORKS

Architecture first.
Then Operate.

01 / ARCHITECTURE

Architecture. $2,500 to $7,500.

Two to three weeks. A written map of the areas of your business and the workflows worth building in each, in your own numbers. Every engagement starts here.

02 / OPERATE

Operate. $5,000 or $7,500 a month.

One area of the business at $5,000 a month, or two named areas at $7,500. The first workflow is running in shadow mode within 30 days of readiness. Two are handed over within 90 days of readiness. Readiness means a named owner, system access and baseline data.

03 / THE HANDOFF METHOD

The Handoff Method.

How every workflow gets built: scoped, tested, handed to your person and proven with a handoff test before I count it done.

PROOF

The proof is the handoff.

inHaus is new. The pattern behind it isn't.

An e-commerce retailer's marketing.

At an e-commerce retailer, the owner used to write, rewrite and design every piece of marketing herself. Now the month's posts, newsletters and captions arrive drafted, her marketing assistant schedules them, and most of her job is approving them. By my estimate that was about 20 hours of her month. Now it is about 30 minutes.

A marketing agency's weekly podcast.

At a marketing agency, a weekly podcast package took three to four hours an episode. A team member there runs it now, in about an hour and a half by my estimate.

WHO IT IS FOR

Who this is for, and who it is not.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Established, owner-run companies with roughly $5 million or more in annual revenue, where the owner has become the bottleneck. You have someone who can set priorities, a bookkeeper or finance person, existing systems, and at least one person who could own what gets built.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

Teams looking to cut headcount. Anyone who wants the tool without the training. Companies with no one free to own what gets built.

THE PERSON DOING THE WORK

I understand the work
behind the work.

Hannah Craigen, Operations Advisor at inHaus & Co.

I’m Hannah Craigen. I’ve spent more than ten years in operations: the processes, the follow-up, the decisions that keep a business moving.

I kept seeing good teams run on one person’s memory. I built The Handoff Method so someone else can own the work and run it.

I lead every engagement today: I map the work with you, build the systems, and stay involved through the handoff.
